Interim Executive Services On occasion your company may need a senior general manager who can step in immediately for a short stint . . . perhaps to fill in for a period during the recruitment of a new full time replacement.  We can do this quickly and cost-efficiently, and we are likely to do so with less disruption to operations than would occur through the use of a part time outsider (e.g., an existing Board member) or through the temporary promotion of an insider.  We carry no political baggage forward into the incoming new administration.  We can be quickly brought in when needed, and equally rapidly we can be transitioned back out.  As an interim executive, we can be retained on either a full time or a part time basis during the assignment, depending on the needs of the company.
