Think of us as a very experienced "EIR" or operating partner who can be
engaged on a strictly "variable cost" basis. We can parachute into a portfolio
company of your choosing at any stage. If you have us do so at a very early seed stage, we can do the heavy
lifting on due diligence and business planning for you, and then help you determine if you wish to continue with the deal
toward the next step once all the risks are better evaluated and the upside potential is carefully examined. At that point . . . strictly at your option . . . we could either step aside at no further cost to you,
or we could remain on board and actively support the technical founders, building the company for you in as capital
efficient a manner as possible. Because we work for you, we have no reason
to hide risks from you, and we have no reason to oversell potential upsides. Yet, we
are strongly motivated to do our best to make your startup succeed!
